Come join us for some gentle yoga, focused on stretching and warming up the muscles for a peaceful morning kayak.
Dress for the weather, bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket, and some water.
The event will begin with 30-45 minutes of yoga, followed by 60-90 minutes of kayaking, and ending with tea/coffee, and a light pastry/snack.
Reservation includes yoga session, kayak rental and guided paddle, tea/coffee, light snacks. This event is open to adults of all fitness levels.
